A crisp, citrous-forward drink with a sugared rim, it contains Australian vodka, triple sec, sugar syrup, and a dried lemon garnish. Just add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, shake with ice, and serve cold.

Put glass aside and add 45ml vodka, 20ml triple sec, 10ml sugar syrup and a good squeeze of fresh lime to your shaker. Fill shaker with ice, place lid on and shake shake shake. Strain liquid into your rimmed martini glass and garnish with a dried lemon wedge. Enjoy!

Lemon Drop Martini Recipe

What you will need:

45ml Killik Handcrafted Rum silver

20ml Triple Zest Liqueur

10ml Cawsey's Sugar Syrup

Fresh Lemon cut into quarters

Granulated Sugar

Ice cubes

Dried Lemon to garnish

How to make it:

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip into sugar to coat.

Add 30ml vodka, 20ml triple zest, 10ml sugar syrup, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice into a shaker with ice.

Shake well and strain into your prepared glass.

Top with a dried lemon slice and enjoy the zesty sparkle.
