At Tipsy Cocktails, we take pride in delivering high-quality cocktail and mocktail kits. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, we accept returns on unopened items in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty item, please email us at hello@tipsycocktails.com.au within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we'll provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Opened or used items (unless faulty)
- Items returned outside the specified timeframes
Dry Zone Deliveries
Orders placed with a shipping address located in a government-designated dry zone or alcohol-restricted area will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full. These areas are legally restricted from receiving alcohol deliveries under state and territory legislation and Retail Drinks Australia guidelines.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address is eligible to receive alcohol. If you’re unsure whether your location is affected, please check our Shipping Policy or contact us prior to placing your order.
