Now, Killik stands as one of Australia’s few distilleries dedicated to high-ester, Jamaican-style rum. Every batch is fermented wild, made with molasses, muck, and dunder, then distilled using custom-built stills. All handcrafted to deliver bold flavour and serious rum character.
