Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. For more information on delivery speeds and coverage please see Australia posts policy here.

Victorian Liquor Delivery Requirements:

  • If the recipient appears under 25, a physical ID must be checked.
  • If the recipient appears 25 or older, a physical ID or signed declaration confirming their name and age (18+) is required.
  • Delivery drivers must refuse delivery if the recipient is intoxicated or if there is a risk of intoxication.
  • Alcohol deliveries must be completed before 11 PM.
  • For first-time orders, delivery must be made to the person who placed the order.
  • For gift orders, the recipient’s ID must be checked to confirm they are 18+.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to age or intoxication concerns, it will be recorded and refused.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping is offered to customers subscribed to our mailing list (subject to change).

Dry Zones (No‑Delivery Postcodes)

We do not ship to postcodes officially designated as dry zones or alcohol‑restricted areas under Australian liquor laws (e.g., QLD 4605, WA 6430‑6438, SA 5680, NT all postcodes, NSW 2898‑2899, etc.). Orders to these areas will be cancelled and fully refunded.

In compliance with state, territory, and Retail Drinks Australia regulations, we do not deliver alcohol to the following dry zones:

Queensland:
4605, 4713, 4816, 4825, 4830, 4871, 4874, 4875, 4876, 4891, 4892, 4895 

Western Australia:
6430–6438, 6440, 6635, 6638–6642, 6710, 6712–6718, 6723, 6725–6726, 6728, 6731, 6733, 6740, 6743, 6751, 6753–6754, 6758, 6760–6762, 6765, 6770, 6798–6799 

South Australia:
5680, 5690, 5723–5724, 5734 

New South Wales:
2898–2899 

Northern Territory:
All postcodes (no alcohol delivery anywhere in NT) 

These zones are subject to official state and territory liquor laws and the Retail Drinks Australia Code.
