What you'll need at home

We’ve packed everything you need to craft a delicious cocktail, except for a few simple bar basics:

  • Ice. Essential for the perfect chill
  • Glassware of your choice. We recommend a tall glass
  • Fresh mint
  • Muddler to crush the mint - or the end of a rolling pin
  • Fresh Lime cut into quarters
  • A stirrer. Not essential, but it helps mix the flavours.

Mojito Recipe

What you will need:

45ml Killik Handcrafted Rum silver

15ml Cawsey's Sugar Syrup

Fresh Mint - a few leaves to muddle, then for the garnish

Fresh Lime cut into quarters

Crushed Ice

Dried Lime to garnish

How to make it:
Muddle a few mint leaves and a wedge of lime in the bottom of your glass.

Add 45ml Killik Silver Rum and 15ml sugar syrup.

Fill with crushed ice and top with soda water.

Stir gently and garnish with a dried lime and fresh mint sprig.

How we mix it

Bree's preferred method Bree keeps it classic with lots of fresh mint and lime, a lighter 30ml of rum, and a splash more soda water. Crisp, refreshing, and very easy going.
Nath's preferred method Nath goes bold with 60ml of rum, plenty of lime, and less soda for a stronger, zestier sip that packs a tropical punch.
Bree's preferred method Bree keeps it classic with lots of fresh mint and lime, a lighter 30ml of rum, and a splash more soda water. Crisp, refreshing, and very easy going.
Nath's preferred method Nath goes bold with 60ml of rum, plenty of lime, and less soda for a stronger, zestier sip that packs a tropical punch.
