What you will need:
30ml Gin
15ml Lychee Liqueur
10-15ml Plum Syrup
10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 egg white (or 20ml aquafaba)
Ice
Rosella Petals for Garnish
How to make it:
Add gin, lychee liqueur, plum syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker with no ice. Dry shake to build a smooth, velvety foam.
Add ice to shaker and shake until chilled (about 8-10 seconds).
Strain into a small coup/martini glass. Garnish with rosella petals. Sit down, open your book and enjoy!
What you will need:
30ml Gin
